Coordinated design from the start of a development allows for the consideration of the building locations to optimize view corridors while keeping privacy, street access, driveway experience etc. in mind for optimum solutions/ On tighter lots we can control window locations, privacy screens, deck access, exterior light locations, etc. to help ensure proper development in the designs.

All design are copyrighted under the Architects Act of British Columbia. When doing a design for a lot, the Architect sells the end client/user/builder the right to use the design for a specific lot for a single build. Should the client/user/builder like to build the same design on another lot, they will have to receive written approval from the Architect.
